Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Gradatim Capital, LLC ("we", "us") processes when you use the lux72 website at lux72.ai (the "site"), and what choices you have. We keep this short because we collect very little.

What we collect, and what we don't

• No accounts. You can read the site without signing up, so we hold no reader profiles or passwords.
• No cookies or trackers. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Railway, processes standard server logs (IP address, browser user agent, the URL requested and timestamps) to operate and secure the service.
• Web fonts. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser information when you visit. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can reply and keep a record.

How we use it

We use this information only to run, secure and improve the site, to answer your messages and, where applicable, to comply with the law. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else processes it

Service providers that help us run the site (today, Railway for hosting and Google for fonts) process information on our behalf or as described above. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the security of the site, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.

Email updates and future subscriptions

We may offer email updates through a third-party newsletter provider. If you sign up, that provider will process your email address to send the updates, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. If we offer paid subscriptions, payment details will be handled by a payment processor, not stored by us, and we will update this policy before that happens.

How long we keep it

Server logs are kept for the limited period our hosting provider retains them. We keep email correspondence for as long as it is useful for the conversation and our records, and delete it when it no longer is.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and we limit what we collect in the first place. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

International visitors

We and our service providers operate in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States, where data protection law may differ from yours.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. Email tim@lux72.ai and we will respond within a reasonable time and as the law requires.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our practices change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
